The 7th graders won versus Northridge Middle School 34-0. Scoring for the Hillclimbers: Tyree Andrews 3 Touchdowns, (2 Offensive, 1 Defensive)
Jack Harris 2 Touchdowns, Sam Niswonger 2 Two Point Conversions, Jailin Cameron 1 interception, Langston Kitchen 1 interception, Taylor Thomas Forced Fumble, Zack Vernon Forced Fumble and Fumble Recovery, Tyree Andrews Fumble Recovery and return for a touchdown. Current record is 4-1 with only 3 games left this season.
Next game is versus Ben Logan Tuesday @ Ben Logan High School

There are numerous students with overdue books, please get them in ASAP. Lunch detentions will be issued if you do not get the books turned in.


The Urbana Junior high School 7th grade team lost a hard fought battle with Northridge Middle School 9-25, 25-27. Macy Pierce had 3 digs and Olivia Bixler had a kill. The 8th grade won 25-21, 25-20. Barbara Ofori served 11 points. Payton Moore had 6 kills and 3 digs. Annie Tullis had 4 digs.

There are still a just a few spots available for the Washington trip. These spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis. The second payment is due Friday, October 22. If you do not meet the payment schedule, you risk being placed on the waiting list!


On October 2nd, the volleyball teams are playing in a game to fight breast cancer. They are raising money by selling t-shirts. They are 10 each. If you would like one, please see Mrs. Poppel.
