Student Council and Sparky Paintings

The Urbana Junior High Student Council is selling SPARKY paintings for your sidewalk and/or driveway. Using a "Sparky" template, student council members and an advisor will spray paint Sparky on either of the above mentioned areas for $15 each painting.
