Today, the 8th grade students received information about scheduling for next year as well as important information about high school/graduation requirements. They have pink scheduling forms to pick their classes for next year. If they have any questions, please feel free to send them my way. They were each given a "skinny booklet" of course information, but full booklets are available on the High School website, in my office, the main office, the library and in all 8th grade classrooms/homerooms (I have put them in mailboxes!!). Additionally, the high school guidance counselors will be talking with students in their PE/Tech classes next week to answer additional questions and to help students create 4 year plans.
Mrs. Mays told the students to turn the signed pink papers in to their LA teachers no later than March 2. If you would please collect them and get them to me, I would appreciate it. It doesn't matter to me if you prefer to hold on to them until loser to the due date or if you prefer to get them off your desk each day!
