The 7th grade Urbana Junior High School Volleyball Team lost to Northwestern by scores of 18-25, 15-25. Morgan Hamilton served 10 points and Sara Lingrell had a block. The Urbana 8th grade team won 25-7, 18-25, 25-15. Abby Curnutte served 19 points and had 3 kills. Payton Moore had 4 kills and Meredith Hiltibran and Tori Quesenberry each added 3.

Thursday and Friday during homeroom instead of channel one, we will be watching “The Constitution” starring Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang. Make sure your TV’s come on at the start of the day.

The 7th Grade Ambassador club will be meeting tomorrow Friday, September 17th at 7:35 am. You need to go directly to the cafeteria when are dismissed from the gym. Do not go to homeroom first.

Only 100 8th graders will be going to Washington. The first payment of $115.00 is due this Friday! Spots on this trip will be filled first come, first served! All School fees must be paid in order to be eligible for the Washington DC trip.
