Next week the NJHS will begin collecting for Pennies For Patients. This money will be used to help support children with leukemia, lymphoma and other childhood cancers. Please check out the posters around school to see who our Honored heroes are. During the campaign we will have a 7th grade against 8th grade competition to see who can raise the most money to help stop out childhood cancer. Here is how it works; If you bring in dollars, checks or pennies they will count for your grade. If you bring in silver change like nickels, dimes and quarters they will count against the other grade. So, clean out your piggy banks and help the NJHS find a cure for childhood cancer.
There are still positions open on the track team. If you plan on being on the track team, you must get your paperwork to Mrs. Poppel ASAP!
