May 8th Daily Announcements
- Congratulations May students of the month Austin Preece and Jacob Rutan.
- No track practice today. Non-band choir tracksters are expected to be at the track by 4:00 today. Monday's meet will be finished tomorrow at 5:00. Track team members participating need to meet in the gym after school. There was an error on Mrs Poppels info sheet - The track awards will be on May 23rd at 6:30 not on May 9th.
- Let’s paint the school purple! At lunch time, National Honor Society will be selling purple bows to tie onto your locker. They will be $1 and benefit the American Cancer Society. You can also buy them from the office, Mrs. Eickhoff or Mrs. Poppel. It would be great to see purple throughout the whole school. Help support your Relay for Life team by buying a ribbon and decorating your locker. The high school has displayed ribbons on the football fence and there is one hanging in the office, if you would like to see what they look like.
- Any 8th grader interested in running for student council as a 9th grader needs to pick up paperwork in the office. All paperwork is due May 11th.
