Daily Announcements from MONDAY 9th Period

7^th Grade bronze and maroon card holders will have donuts during homeroom on Tuesday.  8^th Grade bronze and maroon card holders will have donuts during homeroom on Wednesday.  Thursday, 7^th and 8^th grade gold and silver card holders will have pizza during their lunch periods.

The Urbana Junior High School Track Teams competed in the Bellefontaine Relays on Friday, April 9th .The boys team placed first. First place relay teams for Urbana were: Long Jump( Aaron Reeves, Austin Curtis) and the  Sprint Medley( Jean Paul Soto, Michael Laase, Jaymen Neff-Strickland, Austin Curtis). Second Place relays were: High Jump( Nathan Mays, Dillon Knueven), Distance Medley( Colin Riley, Ethan Edwards, Caleb Rogan, Austin Curtis). Pole Vault( Drake Frost, Michael Laase), 400 meter relay(Jean Paul Soto, Jaymen Neff-Strickland, Dillon Knueven, Michael Laase). The Mixed Medley(Dillon Knueven, Drake Frost, Aaron Reeves, Caleb Rogan) finished in third

The girls team placed Fourth. Winning for Urbana were: Shuttle Hurdle Relay( Tori Quesenberry, Payton Moore, Kwyncie Purtee, Becca Poppel), Pole Vault( Sara Trenor, Brookelynn Russell). In second place were: High Jump( Becca Poppel, Katelynn Grigg), Long Jump( Abby Curnutte, Braxton Rogan)

Jr High cheerleading tryouts will be April 26, 27 and 29 from 6 pm to 8 pm.  Informational packets will be available in the office on Monday.
